Avcorp announces the departure of Ed Merlo as CFO of Avcorp Group

VANCOUVER , April 30, 2019 /CNW/ – Avcorp Industries Inc. (AVP.TO) (the “Company” or “Avcorp”) today announces that effective April 30, 2019 , after a 25 year career with the Company, Mr. Ed Merlo will be leaving to pursue other endeavors.

The Company’s Corporate Controller Amish Patel has been designated by the board of directors as the authorized signatory for certification of interim and annual financial statements. 

Amandeep Kaler , the Chief Executive Officer of the company, commented, “On behalf of everyone at Avcorp, I would like to thank Ed for his service over the past 25 years.  Ed has made many important contributions to the company and we all wish him the best in his future endeavors.”
