SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. — Adam Miller of Coldwell Banker Premier has earned the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM Property Specialist designation.
To date, only 10 percent of the more than 91,000 sales associates affiliated with Coldwell Banker have been awarded this designation. The luxury program is a marketing curriculum designed specifically for marketing luxury residential properties. The course provides learning, networking, marketing strategies and mentorship, pairing the experience and first-hand knowledge of successful luxury agents with industry-leading resources.
To participate in the course, participating agents must meet strict production guidelines. Certification renewal is also required every 24 months.
A graduate of West Virginia University, Miller has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Premier for four years. He is part of the award-winning Miller Team, which includes his mother and fellow Global Luxury Property Specialist Paula Miller, as well as Sales Associate/Transaction Specialist Tiffany Brooks.
Morgan-Keller Construction
FREDERICK, Md. — Chris LeFevre has joined the Morgan-Keller Construction team as a business development manager.
LeFevre has more than 15 years experience in commercial and residential construction. His primary focus will be on the expansion of Morgan-Keller’s Northern Virginia market.
“We are very fortunate to have Chris on our team,” said Taylor Davis, Morgan-Keller’s vice president of business development, in making the announcement. “His knowledge of the industry and the Northern Virginia market will be a great asset to the growth of our company in that region.”
Established in 1955, Morgan-Keller Construction is a general contracting and construction management firm with offices in Frederick and Columbia, Md.
Brethern Mutual Insurance Co.
The Brethren Mutual Insurance Co. recently named Robin Schroyer to be vice president of information services and chief information officer.
Schroyer joined Brethren Mutual in 1988. One year later, she was named the company’s first programming manager. In 2015, Schroyer was promoted to information services manager.
In her new role, Schroyer oversees Brethren Mutual’s operations, programming and quality assurance areas of Information Services.
Schroyer is a 1985 graduate of Shippensburg (Pa.) University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
She holds the GIAC Information Security Fundamentals certification. Schroyer serves on the Technology Committee of Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, as well as Computer Sciences Corp. Point In Operational Board.
She lives in Waynesboro, Pa.
