Junk Fax Class Certified In North American Bancard Suit

Law360 (August 8, 2018, 7:16 PM EDT) — An Illinois federal judge certified a class of fax recipients who say they got unsolicited transmissions from credit card services company North American Bancard on Tuesday, calling the company’s claims it has evidence of consent “little more than red herrings.”
